Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, ensure proper storage, process orders, and uphold safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, stock receipts, audits, and replenishment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare reports.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and cleanliness of the store.
- Process orders, coordinate deliveries, and handle returns.
- Supervise store staff and collaborate with relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
Core Requirements & Skills
- HND or equivalent (Logistics/Supply Chain qualification is an advantage).
- Proven experience as a Store Officer, Store Supervisor, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
