All content on Fekko, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of Fekko Global EdTech and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Creators are independent contractors. By uploading courses, you grant Fekko a non-exclusive license to host and distribute your content. Payouts are subject to a platform commission fee as specified in your creator dashboard.
Affiliates earn commissions on successful referrals. Multi-accounting, self-referral, and deceptive marketing practices are strictly prohibited and will lead to account termination without payout.
Course purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in accordance with our refund policy. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.
Fekko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
