We're looking for a Senior Content Creator who lives and breathes short-form
Some people watch a reel and think "haha, nice." You watch it and think "the hook is the first 0.8 seconds, the payoff lands because of the cut, and I'd steal this format tomorrow." If that's you, keep reading.
Who we are
We're a small European team building AI influencer personas — think fictional characters with real audiences, real fans, and real personalities that people genuinely love.
Key Responsibilities
- What you'd actually do all day
- Write Scripts. Short-form — in each persona's voice, not yours. The best compliment you can get here is "that sounds exactly like her."
- Create visuals. Our AI studio renders whatever you can direct — your job is the the creative part, and knowing which image wants to become a video. You direct, the machine renders.
- Hunt with our scouts. They push viral candidates daily; you help decide what's worth remaking and what's noise.
- Ship. You work with our video editor to keep the production rhythm flowing — briefs in, finished reels out
Core Requirements & Skills
- You'll get to know our personas deeply — their humor, their audience, what makes their comment sections light up. Everything you make has to feel like HER, not like "content."
- You might be our person if
- You've made a short-form that performed — as a creator, clipper, UGC maker, or for clients. We'll want to see it, with numbers and your honest role in it. (A smaller thing you truly made beats a big thing you were near.)
- You can explain WHY something went viral in one sentence.
- AI generation tools are already in your hands — prompting feels like a craft you're getting better at, not a party trick.
- You can hold a daily rhythm across multiple personas without dropping threads. Creative AND reliable — the rare combo.
- One honest thing to know: our personas are AI-generated and they monetize on an 18+ platform. Your work is 100% the safe-for-work Instagram side — but if the industry itself doesn't sit right with you, no hard feelings, this just isn't your role.
